Service Description

Clarivo is a web application that provides step-by-step checklists and guidance to help expats, immigrants, and international students navigate French administrative procedures. Our service is informational in nature and designed to simplify complex bureaucratic processes.

Account Registration

To use Clarivo, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Subscription and Billing

Clarivo offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly plan: €9 per month
• Annual plan: €49 per year

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.

Free Tier

Free accounts have access to one (1) procedure. To unlock all procedures and features, a paid subscription is required.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and code that make up the Clarivo service are the intellectual property of Clarivo and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our service without prior written consent.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at the email address below. If you have already used the service during the withdrawal period, a proportional amount may be charged for the service used.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods beyond the 14-day withdrawal window. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the application. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
